This picture i drew of britney spears in her younger days, It took me just over a hour I'm super happy with how it turned out. and i'm thinking of painting britney simular to this later on.

Christmas Is Nearly Here!

Ok so christmas is nearly here so i thought I'd do a quick santa painting. I rushed it alot and well it reallly only took me like half a hour. I'm going to do one like this but bigger and on canvas to decorate my house for christmas so this is kinda like a practice one. I might add more detail and shadding into my next one. also some candy canes and tinsle would look awsome.

Froggy

I painted this frog last night, it's not completly finished i still need to add some more shadding and highlights. I've never drawn/painted a frog before. i almost never draw animals so it was a good challange and i think It has turned out pretty good so far. acrylic on canvas

new painting

I was up all night painting this one i was almost done when a big spider creawed accross my toe.. and i messed it up when i droped the paint brust down her face. so i spent most of today fixing it.. , i think im getting better. it's pretty big.  I'm pretty happy with it. altho im finding it hard to get detail and feature right using the paint. hopefully that improves with practice,

Britney

I did this painting today, I went out and got some nice canvas, the texture is soo weird very diffrent painting on. well this was my practice painting it is rather large, so i had to take this photo of it with my camera as it was to big to fit on my scanner. I don't like how it turned out. It just dosn't look right. I dont know where i went wrong . i really would appreciate any advice from anyone. if anyone know's what i have done wrong with this.

Katie Holmes

I haven't had much practice with paint so i went out today and bought some new paint brushes... cause in my mind that would magicly make me able to paint :) i do think it helped a little. this practice painting i did of Katie Holmes turned out alright. I'm quite proud of it.

 I am really enjoying teaching myself how to paint.. all that colour is such a big change to my usual black and white pencile portraites.

If anyone has any tip or advice how i could make it better i would love to hear it.

Countess Grotesque

I drew this picture of Countess Grotesque, isn't she just pretty as a picture x x she has the most amazing make up and the biggest shiny eyes.. It only took me a few hours to draw, which is rather fast compared to my other drawings. i used 2b and 8b pencils x x

The Mad Hatter

Im not all that great at painting, but i think i did a ok job on this painting of johnny dep as the mad hatter from the new alice in wonderland movie.. i think i need alot more practice tho..

I found this super cute photo of Sandra Bullock today with her little baby Louis. It was so cute i just had to draw it x x

Horse

Ok so this is the first  horse i've ever drawn. seriously! I think i did a pretty awsome job for my first horse. A friend of my sister's requested it and i thought id give it a go.

Pink

This drawing i did of Pink I did for my sister, she loves her, I really rushed it alot and it was alot bigger than the drawings i usually do. but my sister loved it and i guess that's what counts.

This is a drawing I did of Britney Spears, her eye's turned out really well i think i need to work on the hair a little more tho. either way i think that overall it looks alright.

This is a drawing i did of meryl streep. I think she is a wonderful actress and im quite happy with how it turned out.
